is a 96 minute surreal observation of existence set to an original experimental score. The narrative follows supernatural occurrences within routine events over the process of day into night. Footage surveils various cities around the world, though specific location is never acknowledged or particularly discernible. Captured with an iPhone and other consumer video devices, the images meander from place to place for prolonged intervals, inducing a state of trance and unacquainted familiarity. Naturally-occurring and computer-generated visual effects augment daily life while drawing connections between physical and spiritual realms.

The film's title, ☉, is an astrological symbol used to represent the Sun. It was chosen to reflect the universal, non-linguistic nature of the experience, as influenced by the solar cycle.

Original sound by Daniel Majer, Evan Mason, Jon Scherk, Jean Brazeau (Downtown Solutions), Leon Campbell (Lnrdcroy), Peki Hajdukovic, and Yu Su (You’re Me).
